A more modern and elegant advertising firm has been created through two large phases and multiple small phases to this existing 60+ year-old building. These renovations consisted of new finishes inside and new wood and metal veneers outside. New skylights and windows were also added to allow more light to flood throughout the space. These renovations were challenging not just because of the building’s age, but because the business had to remain operational throughout all construction.This meant coordinating and scheduling closely with the owner and keeping the construction area neat and clean at all times.
