Tellico Village Community Church selected the design/build team led by Creative Structures, Inc., because of the detailed cost analysis and comprehensive presentation of the design. The 16,000 sq. ft. Fellowship Hall is a multipurpose space utilized by the entire church. The structural steel main frames create a dramatic cathedral ceiling. Exterior of building combines hardy board siding and brick veneer for durability and low maintenance.
