Renovation of an existing 50,000-square-foot dealership transformed it into a premier new prototype for Rusty Wallace Nissan. The renovations included opening up the front with a new curtain wall, and implementing all-new designs in the showroom, service reception, and upstairs support staff offices, conference room, and owner's office.

The renovation was not without challenges, such as updating all stormwater systems to current city and state regulations and installing a new elevator and mezzanine walkway. Despite these hurdles, everyone was ecstatic about the outcome, which resulted in one of the premier dealerships in East Tennessee.
