This facility more than doubled the size of their previous one at 35,000 sq. ft. Included are state-of-the-art cooling and freezing systems as well as air filtration devices to deliver a controlled environment for production of food at the plant. The facility was completed ahead of schedule to allow the owner to be ready for his busiest quarter of production.
