This was a negotiated design/build renovation of an existing two-tenant center into a premiere 34,237 sq. ft. multi-tenant center. Renovation consisted of a facelift to the existing facade which now boasts stone and brick veneers, shingle roofs, canvas awnings, a patio, and landscaped walkways.
