Creative Structures, Inc., was contracted to remodel a 1950s strip center. This included structural steel to form canopies and towers and a new metal roof. EIFS, stone, and architectural details combined with new storefronts and sidewalks updated the look of the center. Tying new materials with the existing brick structure created a more appealing strip center. Creative Structures, Inc., was able to overcome existing conditions during construction while businesses remained operational.
