The exterior boasts, 3 large drive-through service bays, casement windows, dimensional shingles, and an elegant combination of stone, brick, EIFS, and Hardie Plank siding. The entrance is easily accessible and opens to a large and welcoming foyer as natural light pours in from all sides.

Description

This new retail shop is a 3,500 sq. ft. block masonry building with brick and EIFS veneers, bar joist, and metal deck roof structure with EPDM roof. Interior finishes consisted of painted walls, carpet, tile floors, and acoustical tile ceiling. This store was one of Vitamin Shoppes new prototypes and was constructed in approximately 4.5 months. The project was negotiated with Baker Storey McDonald.

Description

This is a gorgeous 14,000 sq.ft., two story bank building. It contains a structural steel framework, light gauge metal wall and roof trusses, concrete exterior columns, extensive and intricate pre-cast masonry veneer, and rich interior finishes. It also features a captivating three story light well as a focal point. This project was delivered via a negotiated contract. It is an excellent example of owner, contractor, and architect working together as a team to produce an end product meeting all of the owner’s program and budget requirements. The job was completed on time and $70,000 under the owner’s budget.

Description

Creative Structures was awarded this project after submitting the low bid to Campbell County. The 3,250 sq.ft. facility features outdoor and indoor dog kennels with central controlled sprayers for washing, a cat kennel room, and an animal showroom for adopting. The building also includes several treatment rooms and offices for the county’s animal department.

We have worked under O’Reilly’s corporate development team as well as completing stores for private developers wanting build-to-suit or ground lease projects. Creative Structures also had the honor to build O’Reilly’s 1000th store in Chattanooga, TN.
