Description
Cornerstone Church of Knoxville is an appealing multi- acre campus featuring a 47,000 sq.ft. conventional building, soccer fields and spacious parking. The building is comprised of three integrated areas; an Administration Wing, an Education Wing and a central Welcome/Worship area. The Welcome Area has a large foyer with an impressive “clear story” tower and a bookstore. The Worship space is a multipurpose “flex” design that accommodates 1000+ for worship services as well as meals, basketball, volley ball and other games. This project successfully blends an attractive traditional design with modern elements and technology.

Description
This bid project added approximately 6,200 sq.ft. of finished space to the existing church facility. The build-out was two floors that included a youth activities room, (3) classrooms, (2) restrooms, and an elevator.

Description
Tellico Village Community Church selected the Design/Build team led by Creative Structures, Inc. because of the detailed cost analysis and comprehensive presentation of the design. The 16,000 sq.ft. Fellowship Hall is a multi-purpose space utilized by the entire church. The structural steel main frames create a dramatic cathedral ceiling. Exterior of building combines hardy board siding and brick veneer for durability and low maintenance.

The Church added a formal entranceway and vestiblue along with a new multipurpose facility to bring the size of this addition/renovation to 23,000 sq.ft. New features include a gymnasium, exercise track, volleyball court and full kitchen. They also added several new classrooms and meeting areas and renovated many more.
