This is a gorgeous 14,000 sq.ft., two story bank building. It contains a structural steel framework, light gauge metal wall and roof trusses, concrete exterior columns, extensive and intricate pre-cast masonry veneer, and rich interior finishes. It also features a captivating three story light well as a focal point. This project was delivered via a negotiated contract. It is an excellent example of owner, contractor, and architect working together as a team to produce an end product meeting all of the owner’s program and budget requirements. The job was completed on time and $70,000 under the owner’s budget.
