Description
Blount Memorial Breast Center was a challenging project. It was a new tenant build-out of, approximately 6,780 sq.ft., located on the 4th floor of the new Medical Office Building at Blount Memorial Hospital. The Breast Center was previously located on the the first floor of the hospital in a 2,781 sq.ft. space. This move resulted in a gain of 3,999 sq.ft. The new spacious suite has allowed the staff of Blount Memorial Breast Center to better serve the community with added treatment rooms and new state of the art diagnostic equipment.

This project was a renovation of approximately 2,781 sq.ft. The dining area floor is stained concrete to look like a river flowing through the deli. The prep/serving area boasts stainless steel appliances and stainless steel diamond pleated wall panels, and an acrylic floor.

This project was a negotiated design/build remodel of the existing practice. Approximately 3,500 sq.ft. was remodeled while occupied. The renovation included a new floor plan, layout, enlarging the lab facilities, new treatment rooms, and business and office finishes.
