Description

StandardAero is a leading turbine engine rebuild and test facility. This project used self-consolidating concrete in the test cell to produce smooth, aerodynamic finishes and produced high compressive strengths at an early stage. Complex computer systems monitor the engine functions as they are tested.

An additional 13,000 sq.ft. was needed, bringing the total built by Creative Structures to 76,000 sq.ft. with an additional 40,000 sq.ft. being renovated.

They needed a facility to accommodate their current needs and easily expand for future growth. This location serves as Dentek's World Headquarters and includes state-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting in an impressive corporate interior package.

This project located off Ebenezer and South Peters Road is a cutting edge all climate controlled storage facility. It is a three-story brick and block exterior with a modern lobby and a state-of-the-art security system. Individual codes allow access to the main elevator lobbies. Generous parking was needed to allow ease of loading and unloading. Project total 100,000 sq.ft.

This facility more than doubled the size of their previous one at 35,000 sq.ft. Included are state-of-the-art cooling and freezing systems as well as air filtration devices to deliver a controlled environment for the food production. The facility was completed ahead of schedule to allow the owner to be ready for his busiest quarter of production.
